This is an exciting share for me. I had too much fun photographing the book! (Yep, photography nerd…) I am so excited to get this book in obstetricians’ and midwives’ offices, but I also can’t wait to design more newborn books like this for my clients.
I still remember the first time I was asked to design an album, and it’s gotten so much easier over time to be creative in my designs. Now, with my own clients’ images the reward of unwrapping albums and designer books is so much greater. Take a look at how stunning the images are on these 10x10 pages!
One of my favorite things is how the pages lay flat, allowing me to design full spreads that cross the center (the “gutter”). That makes for a book full of 10x20 storyboards/photos—a great solution if you love all your photos but don’t have space but for a few wall prints.
Have a closer look at how the pages really do lay flat.
I seriously can’t get over how great the images look on these 10x10 pages!
Here are a few more spreads of the newborns I got to photograph last year:
I love how in this book, you see a rainbow from the pages. *officially geeking out*
If you or someone you know is expecting and is interested, contact me using the contact form or send me an email. The first weeks are so important! For more information on when to have a newborn session, read this blog post. Through the end of the month, anyone who refers a newborn client to me will receive double the referral points to put toward a complimentary session or products! The client you refer will get $50 off the newborn session as well!
