Less than 2 weeks until Christmas, can you believe it? That means less than 3 weeks until New Years! Dang! Today is for those of you who, like me, have just started decorating for the holidays. A free Christmas printable! Just click on the images below, and your computer will download full resolution image files ready to print and frame as you like!
Whaaaaaat? It’s December 1 already? Can you believe it? This is the first of 12 days of holiday posts. Some will be fun, personal things of my holiday preparations; some will be tips on maximizing your own celebrations; some will be specials/giveaways. (If you have any fun traditions, DIY decor, or holiday tips, send them to me by email at email@example.com)
Today’s is a call to give.
I will be making a trip to the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center a week from Friday (so on the 9th), and I would LOVE to bring them a HUGE donation box for their HOPE closet! Whether you have had a session this year, have a session scheduled in the next month or not, I would so appreciate a donation to take to the FWPC. Make arrangements (by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org) with me to donate baby items, and you will get 15% of your next order (normally 10%). You will receive a coupon by mail with a coupon code specific to you after I receive your donation.
In case you didn’t know…
The Fort Worth Pregnancy Center is a great place for women (and their significant others) to visit when they have taken an at-home pregnancy test or are unsure if they are pregnant. The center offers a complimentary pregnancy test, help to sort their thoughts about being pregnant, complimentary due date ultrasound at 9-12 weeks, as well as information and classes about parenting, seeking employment, Medicaid for pregnancy, and a lot of other things. They are very kind people, and the facility itself is very nice. I can speak from experience as Pat and I visited the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center before I had found a doctor when I was pregnant with Tristan. They gave us some of the best (2D) ultrasound pictures that we got from the entire pregnancy.
- New baby clothes (boy and girl)
- Baby care items (lotion, powder, baby wash, towels—please no trial size)
- Diapers (especially newborn and size 4)
- Larger items such as used strollers or high chairs. (For these items, I will offer a 25% discount, but please no car seats or cribs. The center cannot accept them. If you intend to bring any large items, please let me know in advance.)
Thank you all for supporting this awesome organization!
If you or someone you know is expecting and is interested, contact me using the contact form or send me an email. The first weeks are so important! For more information on when to have a newborn session, read this blog post. Through the end of the year, anyone who refers a newborn client to me will receive double the referral points to put toward a complimentary session or products! The client you refer will get $50 off the newborn session as well!

Do you remember Jacey?
Well, meet her twin, Skyler! And her soon-to-be sister, Chloe…and their parents, Jason and Holly.
Just a quick preview of some photos I will be posting in the next few days. He was too peaceful not to get a few photos, and he woke up in a great mood. I need to do more than this impromptu “session,” but for now it will do.
I am SO excited to let you all know I am returning to sessions in May. I would like to kick it off with my first round of junior sessions on the weekend of May 14-15.
